JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In-charge with the validation of dealer claim documents within IPC Warranty Policy & Requirements.
  • Ensures timely processing and submission of dealer payment claims to Accounting. 
  • Responsible for the monthly virtual checking of complete warranty failed parts and prepares proper documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.
  • With at least 2 years of related experience; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
