National Fleet Coordinator (1)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Acts as the person-in-charge with the coordination of assigned National Fleet Program customer inquiries and concerns with IPC key persons—technical, sales, and parts. 
  • Manages and monitors all vehicle servicing and performance requests of assigned fleet customer.
  • Monitors the processing, release, and documentation of customer payments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of experience on fleet customer management or related; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Basic technical knowledge in commercial vehicles is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
